This is an illegal cellar apartment. Lack of ventilation and unregistered boiler makes this place hazardous.

This is an illegal cellar. The landlady doesn't/ won't care about your privacy or health. There's no ventilation. There's an illegal boiler without proper fireproofing. Every is wrong about this place. Look somewhere else!
