I have submitted a maintenance request and this is the time nothing has been fixed, my AC is not working for the past month. this should be illegal your own landlord making you wait to have it fixed and when I call I requested to speak to the manager and the popular lady Jovanna answers saying that she would send the request as an emergency, a week later nothing has been done. I hate living here, my lease is up in 6 months. thank god! Nobody here is serious, they don't do their job right
Absolutely unprofessional. Jovanna is rude and nasty and doesn't know professionalism, I was told is because Jovanna is related to the manager and can do whatever she wants. Nobody knows who the manager is but Jovanna is so ratchet and unprofessional. why is she fixing her mistakes? Oh because Jovanna can do whatever she wants. Jessica has to fix her mistakes because she's not related to Joanne that's right. Jovanna is entitled to treat others as she pleased. Lady have to learn manners
Jovanna has this fake personality, she is sweet the first time she meets new residents and then she is a complete as**** and sorry to hurt your feelings but this is true. Never again dealing with them again. so UNPROFESSIONAL and FAKE just to get reviews and get you to sign the lease all for her own benefit. I hate people like this, she shouldn't be working there. GET a real person that makes people feel like they actually care and not just someone who feels entitled to treat others as they want
I can't believe bridge management still hiring people who do absolutely nothing when they feel like and still they have favoritism over this person. Jovanna Rivera doesn't have time to speak about "issues" but, she has time to eat whenever she wants and relaxes in her office when she is supposed to be working. Absolutely a place that feels like she is entitled to anything, this employee won't even last long in this place if she continues this attitude. She has this fake personality
I have never written a review but truly feel if I can save someone from going through what we are, it’s worth it. The management staff at ROSEHILL PRESERVE is the worst that we’ve encountered in over 15+ years of renting. They do not value their tenants and it’s been a truly horrific experience. Please do not sign a lease here, it’s not worth it and it saddens me that management can treat people this way. If anyone has any questions about my experience please do not hesitate to ask.
Moved in when Giselle was the manager, she was nice, polite and seemed to genuinely care. Current assistant manager Jovanna Rivera is rude, unprofessional and harasses tenants while they're out walking. She was nice at the beginning. Won't make up their mind about how to resolve issues, which means every time you speak to them it's something new. Don't stay here. Anywhere else in the city is better. Don't rent with Bridge Management they have the worst employees working for them
