This was my 3rd apartment complex in Seattle, and it was the best experience I’ve had. The staff is really friendly, professional, and helpful.

Amenities- gym with basketball court, community room with pool tables, two decks

The office is warm and friendly and maintenance is top notch. It's a relatively quiet building. There is construction by the building

People in the leasing office are very nice and helpful. This absolutely extends to their maintenance team.
