DO NOT MOVE INTO A PROPERTY IF ROBERT CHERNO IS THE LANDLORD. I cannot believe what a horrible man he is. Robert was an abusive man. He would scream at me, compare me to his exwife because he said we 'weren't good at cleaning'. His approach was aggressive, always. I've never had an issue with a landlord, but all tenants were scared of Robert. We had pest issues that he did not disclose and he lied about. We moved out only because we were scared of Robert and his abusive behavior. In the walkthrough during moveout, he pointed out minimal things to repair, however at the final walkthrough, once everything was repaird, he brought up many things that he never mentioned to rip us off. I can't say it enough, DO NOT AFFILIATE YOURSELF WITH THIS ABUSIVE, MISOGYNISTIC MAN.
