Terrible place to live with awful service

It was a really bad time living there. It was disgusting and he claimed he repainted the walls but you can clearly see a nasty line at the brims of the walls. He also promised a professional carpet cleaning but the carpet and floors were so disgusting when I moved in that I had to call a cleaner to deal with the problem. There was an insect problem and Rob did not handle the situation and scolded my roommates and me about the issue.
