Ricardo is a nice guy who remodeled the home-for-rent himself. The townhouse is generally beautiful, but requires looking past a significant number of broken fixtures. List of things that were broken upon move-in: (1) half the lights/switches (2) back door (3) all the smoke detectors (4) back patio deck (5) water hookup shared between units (6) skylight leaks (7) cracked windows (8) very thin walls between basement/upstairs unit (9) range/cooktop (10) master bathroom shower (11) hall bathroom shower (12) window shades/blinds (13) internet non existent (14) trash/recycle bins non existent Those are the main items. Basically; if you live here, be prepared to have a bunch of things not function properly in the home. Living in the upstairs unit, your noise will definitely carry down to the basement unit. Living in the basement unit is louder than other properties I toured, and I dont live there now. But if someone enters the main unit at 2am when the bars close, make no mistake: anyone in the kitchen or living room downstairs in the basement will definitely hear you enter.
