Great place to rent from, if you are a student. Close proximity to UCI, Wholesome Choice, LA Fitness and other bus stop(s). Nice, quiet, relaxed environment. Facilities and amenities are top notch, the service which is being provided is exemplary. All broken stuff like clogged kitchen sink for example or non-working wifi router are being dealt with upon request. The staff really goes out of their way to help you accommodate successfully and with ease. Great neighbors, really close community in ParkWest. The pool and spa are very nice too. REX Irvine is one of the best leasing offices in Irvine in terms of service and attitude towards customers. I will highly recommend it to anyone. Jennifer and Nick are very kind and professional employees as well.
