This was the best landlord I've ever had. I miss being their tenants. You will not find a better landlord in philadelphia.

I had a great experience living at Rent at Temple. My landlord, Yamit Haba was very fair and accommodating. The apartment was clean, remodeled, and all appliances were brand new. I would have renewed my lease if I did not have to move for work. The neighborhood is not the best, but rent at Temple did everything that they can to make their tenants feel safe. I would highly recommended rent at temple for students or non-students.

i lived in my unit for 2 years. never had any major issues. the company was very transparent and fair. they didnt charge me lock out fees! they didnt raise the rent when i renewed my lease. i had a roommate that is also very happy. we felt safe and were left to live our lives in peace.

Renting with RentAtTemple was an easy process. By far one of the most affordable living spaces as a young adult/college student. As long as you (as the tenant) are responsible in maintaining communication, as with any leasing company, there should be no problem.

Terrible and changes lease without notice. Raised rent.

My apartment was great! 2226 N 12. everything new, a rooftop, all utilities included, and never had a maintenance issue.
