I’ve had an excellent experience with this property management company. They are professional, responsive, and truly committed to keeping their residents satisfied. I especially want to acknowledge the maintenance technician, Jonathan, for his outstanding work. His attention to detail, promptness, and dedication to solving issues quickly make a huge difference. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the comfort of the residents. Highly recommend both the company and Jonathan for their exceptional service.

Very rude, disrespectful, argumentative, poor excuse of a business. Poor condition apartments from roach infestations to inhabitable bathrooms.

Landlord has not returned anyone’s security deposit almost three months after moving out. Reasoning is unjustified or varies depending on the day (one reason being my subletter reimbursed me for last months rent, which I had already paid them. They told one roommate she wasn’t getting security because she left furniture in the basement, then told another she was responsible for furniture in the basement. Meaning they’d keep almost $2,000 to move a few chairs). Goes weeks without answering calls/messages. New tenants don’t have a lease yet, so they tried to say we’re responsible for them withholding rent (because they have no lease, a broken dryer, mice/fleas)
