I am writing this review because PWB Management was my previous owner. When this building was owned by them, they gave the best of everything. Any requests for repairs was answered super fast, the building was always clean, and the management office and relationship with its tenants was excellent. Sadly, PWB Management sold the property to another landlord, and our quality of life here is now the worst. Repair requests are often ignored, and there is always an issue between the tenant and landlord that has the landlord practically living in housing court. PWB Management gave the best of the best to its tenants. I wish they would buy the building back from my current landlord. I'm still in the same apartment I rented from PWB Management almost 26 years ago.
