So far my rental experience has been great! I recently moved out here to NY, so I was little nervous about my housing situation, but so far, this landlord hasn’t given me anything to worry about! A great first experience

I just moved in my apartment 2 months ago and I am pretty impressed with my landlord. He’s had great communication with all of us and everything is neat and as it should be in the apartment! 

Very good, great apartment with a great landlord. The property is really cared for.

This is a great landlord, really stays alert to his tenants. Never leaves your concerns unanswered. He really takes care of his properties both and out. I really commend.
