The worse experience of my life I feel like I would survive the jungle better then living in this disgusting place

Horrible experience with ProudLiving. Drugs being used in the property by individuals and the majority are section 8 tenants.

Terrible. My first home was my worse choice ever !!!! Mice everywhere , home broken into. I’ve requested for so much from management any nothing has happened. My home clearly wasn’t inspected before I moved in. When mice started getting crazy 10-15 holes were covered once! Mice bite right through. This Sunday my home was broken into and management had me sleep with my 4 month old niece with just a bag over out window! I’ve asked for help and no one has contacted me back. One hung up on me.

I have been a tenant for almost a year in this East Orange apartment under the ProudLiving Communities. It is convinient going to NYC since the train station is a block away. Although there was a minor hiccup in the past with the maintenance, the director of property management and the super rectified the issue immediately upon learning about my issues. I have no roaches, insects or critters in my apartment. So far, I have no problems with noises in the area. Overall, my experience living here has been pleasant.
