There are minor rent increases with renewed leases but they're justified. The area is continuously coming up. Don't let the riots on tv deter you from this great city. Baltimore has some gems, and PAB is definitely one of them.

I like these guys a lot and think they do a great job of fostering a cool, expansive community. There's also so much to do in the area. Take advatage and enjoy the nightlife and summer festivities!

The maintenance guys are awesome and get things done quickly. The location and residents make this place really worth the price tag. I'd recommend the Arts Building to anyone who's about their stuff and loooking for a cool place to call home.
