Horrible experience! Dishonest!

Friends and family, beware and do not rent or use Pro Manage! I have never not received my full cleaning deposit back. Even though we dealt with a years worth of mold and paid $550 for a mold test, flooded basement with a refusal to come in a clean and dry the mess properly, and outlets catching on fire we still paid a cleaning crew to come clean the house after we moved out. We left the house in better condition than we received it they are still keeping part of our cleaning deposit saying that it took their cleaning lady 8 hours to clean. I have before and after pictures as well as a statement from the cleaning company I hired. Pro Manage is dishonest and doesn't maintain their properties!
