No matter how many tenants came and go from renting there apartments or houses every one has a horrible and sad story to tell about the owners that own this company. As well the independent contractor employees that work at the office and are quickly replaced like nothing. And it's been goings-on for many years .its like the never ending story without a ending

This company is a joke . They have been doing so much fraud with every one . They refuse to refund tenants there security deposit back to them or pay venders for service that have been done to there buildings or houses that they own. They play games with LLCS that the property's are registerd under and the LLCs are no good there noting to attach when lawsuits are place on the company's . All of there staff are indepent contractors they are replaced easily all the time . It's a very long game that's has gone on for many years and it's tiring. Very soon they are going to change the company names under a nother LLC name so the new company LLC name is not liable for any claimes against them .

Swindler!
Don’t waste your money and time.
On 5/27/19, I contacted the Pike International company regarding a unit I had viewed on the net and talked to Daniel Zennou. I just asked questions about the apartment I saw on Zillow. He asked me my credit card number just in case to charge the application fee in case I proceed with filing the application. Shokingly, he charged me 1230.85$ for the application fee and one month deposit right after he took the card’s number. I was just asking questions about the unit. That’s it. I was deeply shocked and upset and asked him to refund the amount immediately. When I asked him the reason for that action, he said “ well, we have another apartment unit available and you can choose between them if you don’t like this one. Think about that.”
On 5/28/19, I sent an email and text message to Daniel Zennou asking for the refund but, he did not respond. Therefore, I called him. He said they can not refund since the process takes about a week. He said “call the bank and ask them to stop the process if you want.”
On the same day I called the Commenity Bank in this regard. I was told that the amount is pending and I have to wait until it applies to my account then, I can file a dispute. I kept communicating with bank and have provided more information for them. In my last conversation, I was told it may take two months till they process my dispute claim.
On 06/11/19, again I sent an email and a text message to Daniel Zennou asking for the refund which he did not respond.
I am deeply sad about this type of action. I strongly believe their action was a fraudulence and request my money to be refunded as soon as possible. I definitely sue them if the don’t refund my money completely.

Bed bugs on Ellsworth avenue. Heard from...
Bed bugs on Ellsworth avenue. Heard from tenants upstairs that they have bed bugs last month. Exterminator comes to our apartment a week later to do an “inspection” and asked if we were getting bites.( We were not.)He explained to us that he checked every unit but two particular tenants wont let him in to their apartments (a guy on the 3rd floor and a guy right next door to us.) My husband and I went down to the office with a witness and spoke to (Levi & Saul) about this supposed “bed bug issue” saul specifically said “how do you know about the bed bugs?” & that they were working to take care of the building and also admitted that they were having trouble getting into 2 units in the building. He assured us he was going to send extermination out again to “treat” our unit. Two days later the exterminator came back out for another “inspection” not a “treatment” My husband called liveable cities and they also knew about the “bed bug issue” in our building. An agent from LCI came out on March 30th to check our unit a week later which is today i got bit by a bed bug in the middle of the night (3am) to be exact. My wrist was terribly itchy while i was asleep so bad that it woke me up. I grabbed my cell phone and turned the flash light on to look at my wrist and i saw that i had a small welp and it was red (from scratching). I knew that something had bit me. I woke my husband and we stripped the bed i saw a bed bug on our tufted headboard and took a picture of it with my cell phone. My husband and i woke up our daughter and left in the middle of the night we are so grossed out that we don’t even feel comfortable staying there. This puts this icing on the cake amongst other issues that we’ve had including rodent infestation, leaks and black mold in our bathroom and kitchen. Its been a nightmare renting from pike and it hasn’t even been 2 years. I pay over $1,000 to live in so called luxury but it’s anything but. I feel like i’ve been robbed.
***side note. I know for a fact that one of the tenants *Ranko Borak got into a terrible accident on sunday 4/2 and is now deceased…because the police came to my unit showed me his ID and asked if i knew anything about him or if he had family….then i see an article on facebook about him being dead. He is one of the tenants who wouldnt let anyone into his unit. Someone told me that his particular unit is infested with bed bugs because they were coming through his walls in to another unit and they were engorged. I said to my husband that now that this man is dead these bugs are going to really travel because the bed bugs wont have anyone to feed on and today april 6th. I was bit and stripped my bed until i found the nasty parasite.
*****do not rent from pike its a terrible mistake. I just want my money back i dont even want my furniture anymore. Im disgusted. I work too hard to have to go through this bull. I will continue to post about my experiences. I know for a fact that they will give us a hard time. Next i’ll be going to legal aid.
