Landlords constantly coming over without proper notice or often no notice at all. Frequently tried to schmooze money from us by withholding bills or by ignoring rent payments until after the due date. Frequently rude and difficult to contact. These people are very unprofessional.

Worst landlord in the area. If you are about to sign a lease with Scott and this mediocre group please take our advice and do not do it! You will find something better trust me! He will try to screw you over at every turn, promising amazing things but completing absolutely nothing. They only care about how much money can they take from you!

They barely give 24 notice, even no notice at all when showing/coming into your apartment. They make you pay for repairs on things they really should pay for (poorly built apartment, appliances that break easily, washer filling with water). Their voicemails are full, so when you have an emergency, you can't leave a message (they rarely answer the phone). They take long to respond to emails/calls/etc and repair things. Very unfriendly starting the moment after you sign the lease!!!! You will NOT get your security deposit back!! They're only in it for the $$... you can find a better group.

There are many better options out there for landlords and property groups. They rarely give 24 hours notice before entering the apartment- sometimes even send the notices in the middle of the given time frame (negative notice given). I wish I had researched this group more before signing the lease. The furniture is cheap and they make you pay for expensive repairs for things that are out of your control. The things they told us were going to be finished before moving in were not (repainting doors/walls, checking for broken furniture). This group treats my roommates and I like students, even though we are, we do not appreciate how often they seem to check up on us without 24 hours notice... sneaky sneaky stuff. The only good thing about them are the LOOK of their apartments... spacious and furnished is how they get you... but the appliances break often and the furniture is cheap... I wouldn't say it's worth it.

They aren't the worst, they set you up with a nice place that you and your roommates are going to trash and pay for repairs
