My landlord is great. Pha is the worst. They send eviction letters after losing misplacing or trashing your important documents. that is a very uncomfortable way to live, not knowing if youre going to have a roof over your head due to someone elses neglect and uncaring acts

The absolute worst. I've never felt so nervous about losing the roof over my head. They are very irresponsible. Paperwork is lost and they threaten you with eviction even after having a receipt.
