Ask anybody that lives here their opinion of the building before you even consider renting. While this site seems pretty stacked with good reviews (the seem a little too good, dont they?) - you should check out the Yelp reviews. The sales team is unscrupulous and their lease agreement is draconian, and the overall maintenance quality is evidenced by the run down fountain in the lobby. I had to move apartments after dealing with a leaky roof for almost 4 months. Tour each of the building hallways and notice the awful smell that can't be covered up by the glade plugins they installed all over the place. The elevator takes anywhere from 1 to 20 minutes to go from 1 to 8 floors - and that is if you aren't among the lucky ones that require fire rescue to get you out (true story, it happens)!
My friend and I are international students, we were attracted by the 'smart' stuffs in the apartment like iPad and so on. It's cool tho, but let me put in this way, everyone I know in this 'new' building wants to leave here. I hate this place and if I can go back to a year before, I will definitely refuse to sign the lease.
