The house was not in great condition, things were broken that never got fixed. Important things were fixed, although fixed cheaply and often took 2-3 visits to Fox properly. When moved out, he took money out of deposit for things that were fine when we left. Did his walk through after he had people in the house cleaning and doing repairs, so I had to pay for what these people broke. Very unreasonable when it came to taken money out of deposit, and very obnoxious when approaching on this matter.
