Anything we asked to be fixed took forever or never was. Garbage was decaying in the back yard for 3 months while they were “redoing” the porch. Overpriced and just plain bad.

Between the over priced apartment, the not helpful landlord, the way the apartment was DISGUSTING when we moved in. I would never wish anyone to rent from this man again. i don’t think he even thought about checking the apartment after the previous tenants moved out. they left food in the fridge which was then moldy and gross. the fan in the shower is moldy. it’s gross.
