Attentive, but charged ridiculous cleaning fee

Oscar was attentive during my tenancy and replaced and upgraded most items as needed, and I was a respectful tenant. Unfortunately he ended the tenancy in poor form by charging a ridiculous and unjustified cleaning fee, nearly $200 for dust in a corner, a few crumbs in the refrigerator and some stains in the oven. My mover was with me when Oscar did the walk through stating he would be charging me for these things. The mover looked at me like "this guy is crazy" because the apt was otherwise pristine. I was on a schedule with the move, so could not take the time to get supplies and clean up every dust particle, so this audacious cleaning fee was deducted from my security deposit return. I've moved several time and NEVER had any of my security deposits withheld/reduced before. Overall, nice living in Oscar's building, but he soured the experience with his ridiculous cleaning fee.
