very positive experience

The comments below are NOT made by a current or former tenant but by an abusive neighbor who is using this platform hiding behind her anonymity to post libelous reviews that have no basis. Her name is Mary Carolyn Shipley and she owns 17 Laurel street in Cambridge next to the building we reside. Our building is very well taken care of. It is one of the nicest in the street and in excellent condition inside and out. Ms Shipley has been repeatedly harassing us the tenants for the most insignificant things.  Actually you can see that she has been posting multiple reviews here all with the same libelous comments. Unfortunately this platform makes no effort to verify that comments are posted by people who actually are or have been tenants thus allowing anyone to libel you. Landlords can not even respond to comments unless they pay for a subscription.

Oliver is a slumlord. He does not care about anyone's wellbeing but his own, and only cares about his profits. He will gladly take your money and never make necessary repairs to the home. His housing is unsafe, hazardous, and he will take no responsibility if his tenants are injured or even killed because of his negligence. Oliver should be barred from being a landlord. He is a disgusting, cold, heartless, and cruel man. He will refuse to tend to the outside of the property, letting front and back yards grow wild, and refusing to provide any sort of tools even for maintenance. He will allow your balcony, porch, and roof to be reduced to shambles. Oliver does not answer any emails or phone calls. He will purposely create unsafe housing conditions. Do not rent from this man.

Oliver is a slum lord. He will not take care of any concerns you bring up to him and will leave the house unattended to the point that it is a safety hazard to the tenants. He has no morals when it comes to getting as much money out of his tenants as possible. Rude, irresponsible, and should be fined for all of the health and safety violations that his places have. Do not move into one of his properties, you will regret it
