High end property. Property manager, Steve Houbeck, was professional and courteous. Very responsive to our calls. Even watched property and our pet dogs when we went on vacation for no charge. Highly recommended. Rents high, so not recommended for military folks with low pay.

Horrible Landlord (Steven Houbeck) entrusted to run this trust (Odessa Trust). Doesn't follow CA LAW. Would take forever to address issues and upon move out tried to charge for previous tenants. Had to get CA court involved and still refuses to refund the security deposit in full.
