Do not rent from Obornik Properties - Terrible Landlords

The first year I lived in 150 Murray st. was fine. Then the second year, Obornik Properties took over and were absolutely terrible. They took a very long time to fix anything. the washer machine broke 3 different occasions and each time the landlord would wait a week before sending a maintenance person to fix the 30 year old machine. Finally after the third time, he finally replaced it. The worst part of this landlord was that he did not return a single cent of any of the 7 tenants that lived there. We all cleaned extensively and left the house in great condition. We replaced tons of furniture there, painted the walls, and cleaned the floors. Do not rent from Obornik Properties, they will screw you over
