Cons: Unit was not well maintained, was not cleaned before I moved in (I hired someone to come in and clean professionally. There was weird stains, grease and dog hair coating every surface.) Original wood floors beginning to splinter. I was a tenant for three years and blamed for 50+ years of wear and tear. No exterior lighting to building. Most outlets were not working, only two windows opened (others were painted shut). Furnace broke twice in two years. First time he did a quick fix. Second time (less than 12 months later) I requested maintenance twice before putting in my notice. I was without heat for over four weeks in November/December. He said I should have called him to remind him more than twice. He then withheld most of my deposit because the original floors needed to be refinished.
