Staff communicate with each other (doesn't happen in every apt company). Efficient and modern online system that facilitates communication between tenant, reception, and maintenance. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained.

Any problems we have, they would handle it within 24 hours. They were nice enough to keep our parcels too if you are away for some time. Highly recommend them.

Maintenance is quick, and the rent was very easy to pay. Overall, an amazing experience. Although I am sad to leave, I will definitely recommend New Horizons to my friends living close to various universities in West Philly.

Great location, has wonderful amenities (dishwasher, central air, laundromat in the basement), and an enviable location- all for an affordable price. It has been quite a treat living here.
