Extremely dirty , smells like smoke throughout the buildings . You pay a maintenance fee and community fee and the dog park is always disgusting the ground are barely kept. Cheap fixtures and cabinets

All the extra fees that will come at the lease signing were not discussed initially . It was like a surprise fee that thankfully I was prepared for. The dog park is disgusting ( not sure why i pay a maintenance or community fee) . They don’t preemptively salt or plow when it snows so the parking lot is like a skating rink cars sliding people falling . Please don’t have an issue and email the building manager if you need help she will not answer you . They are never there during their hours set.
