If you had asked me in the beginning of my lease, I would have said 10/10. But once my house was sold and all these necessary repairs were needed, it was obvious to me that Nate Rentals ifnored alot of safety concerns and issues that we had in my house. Friendly? yes and they mostly leave you alone but the house ended up needing a ***** ton of repairs and t wasn't up to code!

The house had a broken dry wall when we moved in. The landlord tried to convince us that they were doing us a favor to even live there when we had already paid the security deposit. The kitchen had a cockroach infestation and bathroom had a mold infestation and it took 2 months to fix. They came in nearly once a week without any prior notice and showed the apartment to complete strangers. Once they gave our keys to a random guy to use our washer/dryer. RUN if you're an international student.

Our apartment was pretty clean so it was chosen for a lot of showings. To make up for it Nate got both my roommate and I a pizza and gift card for our troubles. He responds immediately and the trash is taken care of every week. The driveway also got plowed during that huge snowstorm this past winter. Definitely recommend.

He was dope. His pug is dope. As long as you complain about things he responds pretty fast about everything.
