Five Stars for my stay as adjunct professor at JHU! Very close to Hopkins shuttle. Safe, clean, and friendly! I felt secure and loved my time with Mt Vernon Flats. Roman is very personable and professional. All his flats are well cared and have great historical detail. Will come back again next year!

Great furnished apartment in heart of Mount Vernon. Found these guys on Airbnb and then signed a year lease for an u furnished apartment at another building. They own a number of buildings and condos. All historical, gorgeous, spacious units that are incredibly well maintained. Huge success!

This is a great apartment right on Charles St in the center of Mount vernon. Loved watching the Washington monument lighting ceremony out of my window. Landlord super friendly, professional, & truly cares for his tenants. Great community of neighbors too!

This stay was FANTASTIC. I stayed here for two months while I house hunted in Baltimore and commuted to DC for work. The location is near to Penn Station, but also other neat walkable Baltimore places. While it can come with a parking space (which I used) you'd be totally fine here if you were car-free. The apartment is clean, sizable, and feels *****. Would definitely recommend it to others! read less
