The very very bad condition in the living room.

The maintenance always delay request. Very slow services. Bad noise in the apartment.

The building and the amenities are well-kept and clean. Any maintenance requests were always taken care of promptly. The staff and management crew were all wonderful. I would recommend this building highly!
