2 months for new oven... instead got microwave, shared laundry, lots of requests, washer is no good, clothes got ruined, cheap washes, understaffed
The rent is unadjusted for people who have lived here longer, customer loyalty
Issues with lamps, beeper downstairs keeps going off, trash room smell goes up, trash doesn't fit into hole, faculty washing machine, haven't fixed
They don't contact us before stopping by. No one monitoring.

Don't rent from.
People were still cleaning, many items broken before moving in. They pick and choose what maintenance they were to address.
