The home my nonprofit rents from Mitch is in fantastic condition,and rented at a very reasonable rate. Communicating with Mitch is incredibly easy,and even pleasant. Rarely do I find the need to contact Mitch,as there are rarely issues with the property. When there is an issue though,Mitch shows up,and shows that he actually cares about ensuring his tenants are cared for. I have been renting for more than 10 years,and Philly landlords do not treat their tenants like that. Simply getting my other and previous landlords on the phone to resolve any issue is and always has been a nightmare. With Mitch,its a basic exchange of information. Renting from Mitch is renting from someone who is compassionate,and reasonable,and for once,renting is no stress.

You will be hard pressed to find a better Landlord in Philadelphia than Mitch. Mitch has treated us like family for our entire stay at his Smedley Street property. I've never had an issue that hasn't been fixed promptly. Often, Mitch has been able to fix things within 30 minutes or less of them happening. Just last night, I had an issue with the locking mechanism of our front door, and Mitch arrived with a new lock within 30 minutes, and taught me how to fix this myself. If you're on the fence about whether to rent one of Mitch's properties, read this again. Thank you for treating us with so much kindness, patience, and care. My only regret is not moving in sooner!

Mitch was a wonderful landlord! From the start he was communicative and flexible with giving us a virtual tour because of Covid. Any issues we had (which were few and far between) were addressed quickly and efficiently. No only was he a great landlord he was a great guy and went above and beyond to make our rental feel like a home.
