Mike's a great guy and is really easy to reach through text at almost any time of the day. The worst part is just dealing with the contractors he hires because they either do shoddy work or don't clean up after themselves or are just plain sloppy and slow. None of that is his fault though and he tries his best dealing with outside contractor/maintenance guys. We couldn't ask for more really.
