Miguel was a really good landlord. The apartment I rented from him was in "alright" condition, and the insulation was poor, but he kept up with necessary repairs. The neighborhood was pretty bad, but, hey, I decided to live there. Rent was fair (cheap, even, compared to what many other Temple students paid). He was always very respectful, didn't nag me or my roommates, and was lenient when rent was a few days late. Near the end of the lease term when he wanted to show the house to prospective renters, he always gave us a bit of notice. Highly recommended.

Worthwhile to see one of his places. Fair landlord and will always be responsive to his tenants and won't harass you if rent is a few days late.
