Please Be Very Wary. Micro Property Management will do everything it can to ensure a general handy man does all repair work and does the worst possible job. Even if a professional should do the work their answer is "No". They also claim there is no mold in our apartment when we have photo evidence and a mold remediation company has already come out, inspected, and given an estimate. This management company is shady.
