Good tenants treated poorly

When I moved in the apartment wasn't ready but I had no choice to accept it bc the u-haul was packed. In the beginning under the original manager my little repairs were acknowledged. Under the new property manager my requests have gone unanswered and I was forced to sell a car that was being repaired to free up a parking space although it was inspected and registered. When I brought my concerns up at renewal they sent a nasty reply and revoked my renewal offer.

The majority of maintenance requests are either forgotten about/ignored, or purposely checked off as completed without actually doing anything. Maintenance schedules times to fix something, but does not show up, nor do they call to let anyone know. Mice problems are ignored. Mold problems and fire hazards are put off. Sidewalk/driveway safety is ignored, until one tenant broke her leg on the cracked handicap ramp when using her walker. Then raising rent prices? Ridiculous and unprofessional.
