Mecca has been a fantastic landlord. Any questions or repairs were addressed within 1 day. I would still be living in the apartment if she did not encourage me to buy a house in the neighborhood before the prices got too high. I am glad Mecca did because I am now a homeowner in a very desirable section of Philadelphia!!
