Maze is very iffy. The email response time if usually decent, but then it takes a little while to actually have the maintenance request fixed. My toilet ran/leaked for about the first 2-2.5 months of living there before the issue was fixed, despite having sent in requests to have it checked. When we moved in, the apartment was ***** and clearly not repainted/deep cleaned as it said it would be between tenants. We haven't had a problem with security yet, but I'm pretty sure you can break into our front door with a credit card (please don't try) :/Also, we still don't have a microwave plate and we moved in summer 2018.
