We rented this place around 2014. Max was very nice in the beginning when we signed the lease. After that he became a slum lord. The property is infested with rats and roaches and rusted pipes.

The property was infested w/ rats and roaches and nearly every time we requested repairs to be done to the home our rent increased so we just started doing the repairs ourself. 2 hot water heaters busted because of the bad plumbing and the rust. At one point their was flooding, toilet broke, the dishwasher was broken. The wind knocked a tree down in the backyard and they refused to have it removed. There was mold in the walls.. renter beware. I would not recommend landlord or the property
