I moved to MN from the east coast and was not able to see my apartment in person before moving. While that is never advisable, it sure worked out for me thanks to Matt! He did a video walkthrough of the whole place for me and answered any questions I had before I got there. He and his brother Peter are really nice and have always been extremely responsive to texts or calls. The building is well maintained and they have been improving it as I've been there. Laundry machines and laundry room are clean and well maintained. No complaints :)

I've been at this apartment for 4 years, and very happy with the owners Matt & Pete. It's nice to work directly with them instead of a huge leasing company who doesn't know me personally. They are quick and responsive to the few needs I've had. Safety and security is a priority for them, and I appreciate that too. Our building is clean, and has great tenants. Close to work, and a super value for me.

My building has been well maintained over the years. Matt and co have always been responsive. They've made a handful of upgrades inside and out. The best landlord for this building that I've experienced over the time I've been here.

Matt and Pete were fantastic to rent from. They were extremely punctual in their communication, repairs, and any follow-ups. Moreover, they were very flexible with accommodating unexpected life changes (I ended up deciding to buy a home shortly after renewing my lease for another year). They are trustworthy, dependable professionals and by far the greatest experience I’ve had renting a property.

I have lived here for 14years I'm very happy that matt and his brother have been my landlord they have done a great job on this building they're great landlord's I'm very glad that I've been renting from them they take very good care of the property they are very friendly they make sure they get any repairs done in a timely manner.
