Pompous and rude with poor people/management skills.

Initially, Matt was a decent landlord. But over the course of my residency his attitude and demeanor became intolerable. When asked to make repairs, he would send unqualified repair man and after they made three or four incompetent attempts he would finally replace what was broken or call a real handyman. I had to live with a clogged drain for several months before he called the plumber. Once the stove broke and his way of fixing it was to clean it. After we continued to complain that it was still not working, he finally replaced it. He refuses to provide receipts.= When asked to do so he becomes very snarky and remarked that he doesn't have an administrative office so he can't manage provide receipts. He said he would only have the repair man come when it was convenient for him and I needed to take off work to be present. He entered the apartment without notice. In general he has a very bad attitude and no people skills. Extremely patronizing and condescending.
