The outside awning needs to be replaced. It is worn and all pealed and it leaks. The front door and screen door are extremely worn out and warped. The front door is so old and is cracked on the bottom, it’s just horrible. The screen door doesn’t close all the way and is old as well. The front stoop is cracked away from the sidewalk and all the way around. A raccoon took residence under the stoop. This needs to be re-poured and fixed. The bathrooms need to be renovated badly. The bathrooms both have outdated faucets (the one sink doesn’t even have a sink stopper in it and both sinks are missing a topper portion on the faucet), outdated sinks and cabinets, outdated showerhead and outdated light fixtures, fans, etc. The toilet seat doesn’t even fit correctly on one of the toilets. The kitchen needs to be majorly renovated as well. The sink and faucet are severely outdated; the cabinets are severely outdated. They need to be ripped out and completely redone. One lower kitchen cabinet is cracked and bowing. The windows are original, throughout the entire unit, and the patio window doors and extremely faulty (they have frost and ice inside the window in the extreme cold months and sometimes leak inside when rainy) they all need to be replaced. The entire time I lived here not ONCE has the furnace and AC unit been serviced and/or cleaned. The furnace and A/C unit are very old, estimating at least 25 years. Nothing in the unit is energy efficient!
