I've lived here a couple years now. My apartment is a one bedroom and it's perfect. I've had few maintenance issues. My neighbors are friendly and watch out for one another and their property. You cannot beat free parking in New Orleans. That is virtually unheard of. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They also accept packages, which provides safe keeping.

Trash is strewn throughout halls and the garage and pool often has feces in it.
