Marquee is the epitome of what is being used for quasi slumlord apartments. Just on this side of the line between gutter and trash. It's not the building that's trash but the behavior of management. They'll promise you anything but they deliver very little . No concierge service, no package service, no secure storage room, bike room etc. Dubious if the cameras work OR they conveniently only "work" when it supports their position...do not feel secure with cameras. Some floors are very smelly but they claim to be smoke free. Trash situation bites ..having to shleep trash to outside in a high rise building ! Shared driveway is a bad situation . Too many negatives that you find out about after signing the lease. Like a bad marriage after the honeymoon.

This company is awful. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! They treat elders and minorities terribly. The repairs are always inferior.
