Mark Zwick is without a doubt the worst landlord I have ever experienced. He was unresponsive most of the time, extremely lazy, and more importantly, a big fat liar. He never believed any of the issues we had with the house. Our basement would flood frequently and after a plumber told us it was simply because of the way the house was built, he did not believe us and charged us. He was obsessed with the idea that we were putting condoms down the drain? So weird. The roof would frequently leak during bad rainstorms and instead of fixing the issue, he had his handyman simply paint over it. It did nothing to actually solve the issue. He also informed us that upon moving out normal wear and tear was to be accepted. He then proceeded to keep almost our entire deposit and went on vacation. Never rent from this scumbag.
