I've only spoken to Mark once and that was after waiting for weeks for him to return from Florida, where his other business seems to be. I've mainly spoken to Kathy and Carrie from the office. Carrie has been the most helpful while Kathy showed the apartment and did most of the communication. I only spoke to Mark after my move in was delayed by over 5 months and the apartment still seemed unfinished. All the appliances and furniture are old / recycled from god knows where. The ceiling literally falls and leaves crumbs all over. There are leaks in several areas around the apartment and have not been fixed after I've called about them. I eventually gave up reaching out about these things. There is no way to install internet in my current apartment and had to drill through the next apartment to get their internet connection. This is something they did not even know themselves as the apartment was just constructed over a period of a few months.
Overall, I love my apartment because of the general feel of it. But the maintenance of it and horrible workmanship can be seen all over from the doors, windows, paint job, etc. It's a place to live short-term (academic year).
