Excited to sign my new lease

I last lived there 3 years ago and as I understand it now, they have new management so things may be different.

Wish I wasn't moving away or else I would've stayed longer! Fantastic for the money especially.

Definitely has improved under EBRM. If you are okay with being a few blocks out of Center City, this place is definitely worth checking out.
