The reasons the lease will not be renewed are the property and the landlord: - the property has structural issues which affected our quality of life in a major way. (spent many sleepless nights because of it) - the landlord tends to say one thing and do the other. (upon us moving out, she agreed for us to leave two weeks early, then reversed her decision once we signed the lease elsewhere)
