Jean Marie truelle is our landlord through lyl realty. He is horrible. Hostile, rude, delays fixing issues, try’s to get us to troubleshoot problems that are way beyond anything we could possibly know about, and he absolutely does not care about any inconveniences that may come up for us. We’ve had issues with our toilet, our heat in the middle of winter, our hot water also in winter, broken appliances and malfunctioning locks.
