Lowry is by far the worst place I have ever lived. Their customer service absolutely the worst. The majority of them are not helpful in anyway & completely rude. I'v had to go out of my way & pay extra for a cashiers check for rent, for almost a year now since their online payment option is faulty. Even though my bank proved the complex had my correct account number & proved there were sufficient funds to pay my rent, they still declined it & changed me an extra $35 three times in a row without taking any action to correct their error. They tell me there is nothing they can do to fix it & I will have to pay extra for the duration of my lease. To the management...I still pay from the same account I gave you w/ that cashiers check you told me had insufficient funds. My rent has never once been late, in fact always a week early. I don't understand what you won't & refuse to fix this. On top of that how unprofessional it is for your management to just arrogantly smirk at my concern. Also, a bunch of your staff goes out every weekend to a bar down the street and publicly talks trash on there job as well as the residence who live there. A lot of us work close to where we live & their complaints are not unheard unlike ours. Their maintenance services takes at best weeks, many times months to fix anything even after having to contact them multiple times to fix the problem. There is consistently piles of trash all around the community causing rats to run the dumpsters. My mail gets stolen multiple times a week. I'v had two bicycles stolen & cars are getting robbed constantly. The hot tub that we pay to heat year round is never on or always broken. I will make sure to write a review about this complex on every platform I can find to aware people of a horrible living situation at a high cost.
